The 3rd and final installment…

The End… Until Next Time.

And the adventure continues…

To be continued…
I had asked Silvestre to take some photos of his and Nick’s trip down to SoCal so that we could post them on the Amall blog for some new content and he shocked (KAPOW!) my mind with a full on comic book. I don’t know what program he used to create the comic book cells of all of the photos but they look great. I broke his cells into a 3 part series, so this is this is the 1st part and the next 2 parts will come in the next couple of days.
Thank you Silvestre!!! And thank you to everyone else involved!
And it begins…

TO BE CONTINUED…
Almost everyone recovered from New Years and the Holiday Madness of December to get out and skate this weekend. California has yet to see any significant amount of rain this winter and this weekend was no different. Not a good winter for anyone doing snow sports up in Tahoe especially our buddy Arjunkel who has a season pass to a resort that is not even close to being opened yet. But for California bladers the weather has worked out quite nicely for weekend sessions.
Here are some screenshots from Tim Boomerweisermaha’s laptop.

Tim does the bank to rail, rail.

Justin (theee JH) has been developing his skills at running down stairs while filming with his Glidecam to get some really cool shots. This definitely takes some practice so that you actually keep the skater in the shot while at the same time making sure that you don’t bail down the stairs yourself and hulk all of your filming equipment, especially the new camera you might be hoping to get this Christmas.
In this picture, Justin is catching Nick Lindsey on the first stair set of his two rail line where Justin was sometimes following Nick down the 2nd stair set and sometimes running along an upper walkway to vary the shot. It is actually really fun to watch the whole process and it always puts a smile on anyone’s face who has never seen Justin hustling down stairs with his Glidecam in hand.

We had an interesting time at this undisclosed location of public learning where they publicly lock your cars inside the gates making you have to publicly break out. No thanks to all of the thoughtless people who know you are there enjoying the publicly funded location and don’t say that they are locking you in.
Tim Bahooomaaahaa (his real last name had to be classified for this article) went back to the past to have fun on these fat 60’s or 70’s style rails. Not to be confused with the rails folks were into in the 80’s.

Team rider Victor Arias came through the other day to help us promote the new aMALL shirts, which we just released in a bunch of new colors. The v-necks have been a huge hit, of course Vic wanted to rock one for his photo. So here he is, wearing the AM Subtle v-neck in charcoal gray while he laces a picture perfect true miz. on the lower ledge to fish transfer, all while local NON-lookers moseyed about and chewed on rocks.
See all the new colors after the jump.
Sylvestre the lone sniper in position to get the shot. Notice the blades on his feet for a quick getaway just in case his location becomes compromised. It has been rumored that he practices breathing techniques daily but he has neither confirmed or denied that.

Everyone wants the aMALL Denims, but you are probably asking yourself “What happens to the Valo team? Do they want them? Better yet, do they get them?” WHAT!?!?!? OF COURSE THEY DO, DOG. Well, the other day the major players (and amall team riders) came in to grab a few pairs. I just sat in and papparazi’d the whole ordeal, probably just got in the way.

GATHERED BY THE TREE. I MEAN BLOCKING IT. IVAN WAS TOO HIGH AND MIGHTY TO DROP TO THE KNEES.

As you know Remz had a little tour they put together for the release of Chris Haffey’s newest skate. Here is a post dedicated to that tour stop at aMALL. It was a great time. He chilled at the shop, hung with the locals and then we went to Lake Cunningham where we disappointed Chris & Kato by taking them to a park that regulates hard on pads. Well I think we made the best out it and Chris did this wall ride/soul that no one has ever done. I mean I think they built this ledge deal for giants because it’s nearly impossible to get onto. I say nearly because Chris was able to handle it no problem. After the park staff chumped everyone hard we took off for some hot wings and beer, followed by more beer and some hangovers.
A 2.5 minute edit filmed and edited by Ivan Narez. Thanks Ivan for hooking us down dog.
