Tim took a pair of the Dre Powell 2 skates recently and decided to put together this fall themed edit. Be sure to let him know what you thought of the video in the comments below. Tim’s gonna be hitting F5 on this mofo every 3-7 seconds on some 1995 chat room tip, so quit wastin’ precious postin’ time and leave a f’n comment already!
You like the Xsjado Jeff Stockwell skates? Kyle Nolte likes Xsjado Jeff Stockwell skates too! Klye Jr. was out the game for a couple months, mostly due to him relinquishing ‘the family pants’. He was subsequently locked down by his ‘woman’ and was fibbing injuries so he didn’t have to skate with us. TISK-TISK. He even went as far to faking a doctors note that was obviously scribbled on the back side of a Burger King receipt. Which, by the way was just recently voted the worst fast food restaurant on the MF’n planet. Don’t take my word for it ask anyone, “Hey, what do you think is the worst fast food restaurant?” It’s like one of those crazy mind melting math games that always ends up kicking you in the ass with the same number - Without fail everyone ALWAYS says Burger King - OH and lol, Paco Ass Dre swore over his terrible onion bomb habit that it was a UK based food chain (dude eats onions like their freaking apples). HAHA! The King? You fool! I know Burger president or Burger democracy would have been a little more obvious, but dude - DO THEY EVEN EAT BURGERS IN THE UK!?!? Do they get served with the P.Diddy cups? Someone please tell me. Anyways, Paco - What made you think the UK? Why not Tonga? Or Monaco? Let me guess, the Lion King also from the UK? NO. HE WAS NOT. How about Hershey Sundae pies tho? I dunno, but those are still okay in my book.
WHAT YOU GOT ON MY PIE, HOMIE?
But I must digress…This post was about Nolte and his new skates. We had a lot of fun making this edit, and Nolte is skating Xsjado’s now for those of you who cannot accept him on another set of blades, I’ve got just the tickey for yall.
Real time big player pimp hustler, O.G. blader and long time homie Jayson Reduta just put this session edit together that features some snazzy clips from our ‘buster free’ summer San Jose night sessions. Featuring some of your favorite locals, tracked up to a smooth jam.
1st up our friend Sly put together a little edit of himself. Whenever I get to skate with Sly, he always impresses me with some switch up I’ve never seen before or does some stunt at the spot that I wasn’t expecting. Definitely a fun person to skate with!
2nd up we have Darek who really pushed himself for this edit and was definitely willing to give his body a beating in order to try bigger and better tricks. Now I first met Darek Radke a few years ago when I was ringing him up at the shop and noticed his name on his credit card. That wouldn’t be that big of deal except that my name is Derek Radtke. So now there is 2 of us in the area, which is pretty cool. Anyways, Darek always brings the good energy to a session and is down to skate any spot.
Our good friend Nick Lindsey just wrapped up this edit before jetting back to Washington DC for the rest of summer. Nick is a fun person to rollerblade with and is always down to meet up and skate and help film and take photos. We know he put a lot of heart and effort into this edit with the help of Sly, Darek and the purple Jeep that has unfortunately since been sold. The edit turned out great and definitely showed Nick’s progression on his blades with a nice variety of tricks and spots.
Anyways thanks for taking the time to make this edit Nick and we can’t wait to have you back in Cali in the fall!
Here is an edit featuring Amall team rider Montre Livingston getting down to business for his clothing sponsor Psyko. Psyko is run by Josh Diaz out of NYC and has some really great designs and jeans that are defintely worth checking out here.
Team rider Jeff Dalnas repping in Washington DC on his new USD Imperials. For those of you who are living under a rock, the Imperial is kind of like a carbon skate, except instead of carbon fiber it’s plastic. And has a higher cuff. So if Carbon price tag is too much for you, the Imperial is the next best thing at $299. Available here now.
Here is a collection of goof around clipz (shot while learning to use the 5D). Some of these are kind of old now and I was planning on doing something with them but just never got around to it. Anyways Neil had been bugging me for about a year or so now to get them off of me and I stalled and stalled and stalled… Well he finally got his clips about a week and put together this fun little edit.
As one of the top 5 finalists for the Olympus PEN challenge, KD was given 5K cash, their new E-PL1 camera and a opportunity to tell his story through the camera…and heck, I think it turned out pretty damn good even considering his camera got ganked with all the cool footy midway through the NY trip. Salutations Mr. Dowling and good luck in ye finals.
Be sure to LIKE this video, and check it out in HD. It’s worth it. Oh yeah, that Olympus PEN camera seems like a halfway decent cam too.
It’s not too often you see a skater with eye catching style. Well Cameron is one of those dudes who when he skates everyone just sits back and watches and it’s no wonder with edits like this.
