I think we have held off on doing one of these for WAAAAY too long now. With out further ado AMALL proudly presents the MS PANT CONTEST (round 2).

Thats right, starting today, Sept 1st and running until Sept 15th, Aggressivemall is holding our MS PAINT CONTEST ONCE AGAIN. Here’s how it breaks down:

Contestants are to create an image in MS PAINT, (OR PAINT BRUSH FOR MAC USERS) and MS PAINT/PAINT BRUSH ONLY (no Photoshop etc..) relating to the theme ‘MAJOR STUNTS’.

All entries must be received between Sept 1st and Sept 15th, and are to be submitted to contest@aggressivemall.com and in .bmp file format (don’t try and fool us - we will be able to tell if you’ve made it another program!!! This must and relating to the theme ‘MAJOR STUNTS’ & you can submit as many as you would like (has to be blading related). The pictures should be a reasonable size to be uploaded to our Flickr page dedicated to the contest viewable HERE. Make sure to include some contact information in case you win. Prizes include:

1st Prize: 1 pair of skates (any stock skate of your choice) from Aggressivemall.com

2nd Prize: $100 Amall gift certificate

3rd Prize: $50 Amallgift certificate

Entries will be judged on creativity, craftsmanship, and above all - which ever one makes us laugh the hardest. So pull out the big guns and show us your best, most rotten, artistic, detailed, dreamy, nauseating, sprayed down MS PAINT skills for a chance to win it big. PLEASE BE CREATIVE AND MAKE ME LAUGH SO THAT I HAVE SOMETHING TO LIVE FOR.

Winners will be announced within the week following the closing of the contest Sept 15th.

I know it seems a little last minute but I know you all can still clear you busy non-existent schedules for Saturday’s contest at the Lake Cunningham skate park in San Jose, CA.

The people at Lake Cunningham decided late last week that they wanted to throw their first in-line contest at their park. This is the park we have our WNS at and due to the constant flow of bladers through there they have decided to include in-line into their regular contest schedule. They hit us up to see what was good so we are helping out by organizing sponsors and most importantly getting YOU  to show up.

Here is your basic info on this contest

- OPEN CLASS EVENT. ALL AGES/SKILLS WILL COMPETE AGAINST EACH OTHER

- $10 TO ENTER THE CONTEST.

-$200 + CASH PRIZE TO FIRST PLACE WITH PRODUCTS FROM THE SPONSORS GOING TO THE 2ND AND 3RD PLACE.

-RAFFLE FOR A PAIR OF SKATES + OTHER PRODUCTS.

-HELMETS + PADS REQUIRED

-SQUARE BOWL + STREET CONTEST (I’M SURE WE CAN HAVE THE CONTEST ANYWHERE WITHIN THE PARK).

-CONTEST IS IN THE EVENING SO EXPECT TO SKATE AFTER 5PM. EXACT TIME SCHEDULE TBA

-YOU WILL PROBABLY HAVE TO PAY FOR PARKING + NO DOGS

-EXPECT TO SIGN A WAIVER, 18 AND UNDER WILL NEED A GUARDIANS SIGNATURE.

-DON’T WORRY THIS IS GOING TO BE A RELAXED AND FUN CONTEST. COME AND COMPETE FOR FUN.

-EVEN IF YOU DON’T WANT TO COMPETE, YOU SHOULD SHOW UP AND SHOW SOME SUPPORT. OTHERWISE YOU’RE A CHUMP.

We handed Kirk a pair of Don Bambrick’s new pro skates to test out and got this video in return. Check it out.

Despite being sick, Kirk was able to test out the new Razor Genesys 7.2 skates. I wish I could skate this clean. sick or not!

Neil just picked up his AB Golds the other day and decided to drop a little ‘new boy’ edit for his first day on the skates.

Down in the amazon they are threatening to cut down another 10,000 acre’s of forest so him and a bus load of other hippies are going down there to chain them selves to a tree to protest and prevent the logging crews from moving in.
