Shawn Storm is killing it.
You all know Shawn whether you really know it or not. He works at aMALL and handles a lot of the phone customer service nonsense. So if you call aMALL or get called from aMALL, do a return, order of the phone, get an order filled, odds are Shawn has a hand in it amongst other things such as trick tips, updating the twitter and so fourth.
